United 486 cracked windshield

On Sunday June 10th, 2007, while flying from Seattle to Chicago aboard United Airlines flight 486 (Airbus A319), we were forced to make an emergency landing at Bismarck, ND due to a cracked windshield. I managed to snap these photos of the windshield from the terminal area. These images were featured nationally on the major news networks, most notably on MSNBC, The Today Show and the Evening News with Brian Williams. This claim to fame is not worth the fear that we experienced when descending over 20,000 feet in 2 minutes.
